This policy explains how OmeTVGirl ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use ometvgirl.com and its web app. OmeTVGirl is an independent service, not affiliated with OmeTV, and this policy covers only OmeTVGirl.

1. The short version

We collect what we need to run calls, accounts, payments and safety, and not much more.
Profiles are not public, and the people you match with do not see your exact location.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Account details if you sign up: email address, password (stored in hashed form), display name and profile photo, plus any optional details you add.
Support messages you send to support[at]ometvgirl.com, and reports you file.
Purchase records when you buy coins: what was bought, when and for how much. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser data: device type, operating system, browser and app version.
Usage data: pages and features used, matches made, call start and end times, and errors.
Approximate location derived from your IP address, used for things like matching and fraud prevention.
Log data: IP address, access times and technical events on our servers.

Information from other services

If you sign in with a third-party account such as Google, that service shares basic details with us, such as your name, email address and profile picture. Analytics partners may give us aggregated reports about how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To run the service: connect calls, keep you signed in, deliver coins and remember your settings.
To keep people safe: review reports, detect fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our community guidelines.
To support you: answer questions, fix problems and process appeals.
To improve OmeTVGirl: understand which features work and where things break.
To meet legal duties: keep records required by law and respond to valid legal requests.

4. Your calls and what others see

During a call, the other person sees and hears what your camera and microphone capture, along with your display name and profile photo. They do not see your email address or your exact location.

Please be aware that we cannot technically stop someone from recording their own screen or filming it with another device. That is true on every video chat platform. The best protection is to keep anything you would not want saved off camera, and to report anyone who threatens to misuse a call. Our video chat safety guide explains what to do in that situation.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for three purposes:

Essential: keeping you signed in, remembering your guest session and daily free matches, and protecting against abuse. The site does not work properly without these.
Preferences: remembering choices such as language and settings.
Analytics: understanding, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may be signed out every visit and some features may stop working.

We share personal information only in these situations:

Service providers who host, deliver video, process payments, send emails or provide analytics for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety, for example reporting serious crimes to the authorities.
Business changes: if OmeTVGirl is merged or sold, your information may transfer under the same protections.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax or safety reasons (for example payment records, or details of a serious violation). Guest-session data is kept for a shorter period.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or to object to some uses of it. To make a request, email support[at]ometvgirl.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. 9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

10. Minors

OmeTVGirl is only for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor is using the service, report it and we will act promptly.

11. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will also make it visible on the site.
