These terms are an agreement between you and OmeTVGirl ("we", "us") about using ometvgirl.com and the services on it. By opening a call, creating an account or buying coins, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. OmeTVGirl is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by OmeTV.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to every part of OmeTVGirl: the website, the installable web app, video and audio calls, accounts, coins and support. Some features may come with extra instructions shown at the moment you use them; those form part of these terms. Our community guidelines and privacy policy also apply.
2. Who can use OmeTVGirl
- You must be an adult, meaning you have reached the age of majority where you live.
- You must be legally allowed to use a service like this in your country.
- You may not use OmeTVGirl if we have previously removed you, unless we have told you otherwise in writing.
- If you create an account, the details you give must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
You can use many features as a guest without an account. Guest sessions are tied to your browser and may be lost if you clear it.
3. What the service is
OmeTVGirl connects people for live, one-on-one video conversations through a browser. When you start matching, we pair you with another person who is online at that moment. We do not guarantee that a match will be available at every moment, that any particular person will be online, or that a conversation will go a certain way. We may add, change or remove features over time.
4. How you agree to behave
When you use OmeTVGirl, you agree not to:
- show nudity or sexual activity, or encourage anyone else to;
- harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or use hateful language;
- involve, show or target anyone who is not an adult;
- ask for or send money, gift cards, crypto or anything of value, or run any kind of scam;
- advertise, share links or promote other services or accounts;
- use pre-recorded video, virtual cameras or impersonate someone else;
- record, screenshot or share another person's call without their clear consent;
- try to identify, locate or contact people outside the platform using details from a call;
- interfere with the service, scrape it, use bots, or get around any restriction placed on your account.
5. Matching and calls
Matching is random. You can end any call at any time, for any reason, and so can the other person. Calls are private between the two participants and are not broadcast to anyone else. Because the other person controls their own device, we cannot technically prevent them from recording their screen; please act on camera accordingly. If someone breaks these terms, use the report button during the call.
6. Free matches, coins and payments
OmeTVGirl is free to start, with a daily allowance of free matches that refreshes every day and does not carry over. Longer or premium sessions can use coins. The price in coins, and the price of coins, is shown before you confirm anything.
- Coins are a licence to use features on OmeTVGirl. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are handled by payment providers, whose own terms also apply.
- Except where the law in your country says otherwise, coin purchases are final once delivered to your account. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look at it.
- Coins may be lost if your account is removed for breaking these terms.

7. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of your profile name, photo and anything you say or show. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service, for example showing your display name to people you match with. The OmeTVGirl name, logo, design and site content belong to us; please do not copy them without permission.
8. Warnings, restrictions and removal
If you break these terms or the community guidelines, we may act depending on how serious it is: a warning, a temporary restriction, or permanent removal of your access. Serious cases (sexual content, anyone underage, threats, scams) can lead to immediate removal without a prior warning, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. You can appeal a decision by emailing support[at]ometvgirl.com; we explain the process in our guide to bans and appeals.
You can stop using OmeTVGirl at any time and ask us to delete your account.
9. Other services and links
OmeTVGirl may rely on third-party services, such as sign-in providers and payment processors, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
10. Disclaimers and limits
OmeTVGirl is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will make it visible on the site. Continuing to use OmeTVGirl after an update means you accept the new version.
